Qualifications

I graduated from Aston University with an honours degree in Managerial and Administrative studies I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987 whilst at Howard Tilly , a medium size firm, now part of RSM. I gained my practicing certificate in 1990 whilst at Price Waterhouse (now PWC)

Experience in Accountancy and outside!

After PWC I worked at Marley (Building materials and Automotive components), Erskine House Group (Alco office products) a copier business, then Pritchett Foods, after a spell as Managing Director of Pink Triangle products - a UK HiFi manufacturer. Finally, I worked for ADL Blueprint, a specialist Japanese car component importer. I qualified as an IFA, and worked as an IFA and mortgage adviser.

Relocation to the South of France

The internet now enables us all to work remotely as effectively as if we were physically there. The surreal years of Covid and lockdowns made this a normal way to do business, and preferable for many. Whilst I make regular trips to the UK when I can see clients face to face, I am able to provide a quality service via the web, including email, secure portals, phone and zoom or TEAMS
